I’m an intuitive and clairvoyant energy practitioner trained in Reiki and crystal healing.

Before I embraced this work, I was a full-time editor working in the corporate world. I dreamed of becoming a full-time book editor so that I could do what I loved most: read fiction books all day long. After a decade-long struggle with my health, I fell down the rabbit hole that is holistic health and discovered energy healing that became a cornerstone of my journey. I went into my first Reiki session skeptical that it could do anything for me, and I walked out not only convinced of the truth of my experience, but also sure that I had only scratched the surface of what I was holding in my body and my energy. 

I’m a firm believer that all change is sparked by a catalyst. For me, the catalyst that pushed me headlong into energy work and spirituality was the loss of my dad. After that, I could no longer deny the messages I was receiving from spirit, I was inexplicably attracted to crystals, and dove into energy work with a passion that my 20-year old self would not recognize.
